Crossfield's housing is a mix of established older stock near the town centre and steady newer subdivision growth on the edges, with the surrounding Rocky View County acreages and farms making up a good share of our work. That gives us three different kinds of job in one town: mature homes on second or third-generation roofs with original wood fascia, newer builds reaching the end of builder-grade shingles, and agricultural buildings that have not been looked at in years.

The town sits directly on the QEII corridor, which is the path storms take when they form on the foothills and track northeast — the same corridor that runs through Airdrie, Carstairs, Didsbury, Olds and Innisfail. Hail here arrives in the same waves that hit Airdrie, and because Crossfield is a smaller market, homeowners often wait longer for an inspection after a storm than they would in the city. That matters for out-of-town work more than people expect: we stage jobs so the crew and materials arrive together and the work runs continuously instead of across several trips, which is what keeps small-town pricing sensible and the timeline honest.
